Welcome to SeventyK's website. This site is for your use subject to your agreement with all of these terms and conditions. SeventyK may modify these terms and conditions at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting the modified terms and conditions on SeventyK. You agree to review the agreement periodically to be aware of such modifications, and your accessing or using the service constitutes your acceptance of the agreement as it appears at the time of your access or use. From time to time SeventyK may offer website visitors the opportunity to participate in additional features or services. You may be required to enter into additional agreements or authorizations before you can access such features or services. You will agree to a separate set of Terms & Conditions when you join the SeventyK Wellness Network.

PRIVACY POLICY

This policy describes how SeventyK treats information that we may receive directly from you or automatically through your computer. This policy does not apply to the practices of persons or entities that SeventyK does not control, manage or employ. SeventyK knows that you care how information about you is used. If after reading about our privacy policy you have additional questions, please contact us.

You can browse our website without telling us who you are or giving us any personal information. When you interact with us through your computer, our website does record certain non-identifying site usage data, such as the number of hits and visits to our website.

SeventyK does collect personal information when you register with us to join our mailing list, make a donation, to purchase merchandise or to participate in an event. We ask for information such as your name, address, phone number, fax number, e-mail address, date of birth, whether you are a cancer survivor and your gender. Once you provide us with this information, you are no longer anonymous to us.

Additionally, our website employs "cookies," which are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer's hard drive through your web browser. We use "cookies" to perform three functions: to let us know how long you are logged on to our website and to automatically log you out if you are inactive for more than thirty minutes; to store your user ID and password so that when you return to our website you won't have to re-enter some or all of that information; and to provide us with statistics regarding what pages of our website you visited, and how long you spent there.

You may configure your browser to accept all cookies, reject all cookies, or notify you when a cookie is sent. However, when accessing an area that requires a password for entry, cookies are not optional, and continued paths through the password area will not continue if you opt to reject cookies.

SeventyK does not sell, share or disclose personal information with persons or entities not affiliated with or employed by SeventyK except with your consent or when we reasonably determine it necessary to do so in order to comply with law or protect the safety, property or legal rights or SeventyK or others. SeventyK does occasionally share the addresses of our members with affiliated organizations with whom SeventyK has a common interest.

SeventyK does employ persons or entities to perform functions on our behalf, such as fulfilling merchandise orders, sending postal and e-mail and processing credit card payments. Such persons or entities have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use such information for any other purposes.

SeventyK has contractual arrangements with certain partners to provide information and services through our website. Each of these partners may set and access cookies on your computer through our website. The use of such "cookies" by each of these partners is subject to their respective privacy policies, not the privacy policy of SeventyK. We believe these partners share a similar commitment to privacy and urge you to review their privacy policies when visiting their sites. SeventyK works to protect the security of your information during transmissions by using industry standard practices, including firewalls and Secure Sockets Layer software, which encrypts information you input. We reveal only the last five digits of your credit card numbers during registration confirmation, although the entire credit card number is transmitted to the appropriate credit card company during processing.

While we use several different techniques and policies to ensure the security of your personal information from unauthorized access and use, you should be aware that absolute security does not exist for information on the Internet. In this regard, it is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer.

In general, it is not SeventyK's intention to provide specific medical advice to users of its Web site, but rather to provide users with information to help them better understand their health, diagnosed conditions, and the current range of approaches related to cancer treatment, prevention, screening, and supportive care. SeventyK urges users to consult with a qualified physician for diagnosis and for answers to their personal medical questions.

USER AGREEMENT

User will not use this site for any purpose in violation of local, state, national or international laws.

User will not hold us, or any of our affiliates liable for damages including (but not limited to) loss of wages, revenue or business because of any services related to or provided by this site. The sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the services of this site will be to stop using the Service.

User will indemnify us and any of our successors, assigns or licensees, together with any of their respective officers, directors and employees, against any damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, costs or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) arising out of a claim by a third party relating to use of the Service, or any breach or violation of this Agreement or any other term or condition contained on the Service.

User agrees to comply with all user responsibilities and obligations as stated in these Terms of Service.

All site users represent and warrant that they are at least 18 years of age and that they possess the legal right and ability to agree to these Terms of Service and to use this site in accordance with these Terms of Service.
